no, with the codes, you can use the brush. It doesn't have to be a straight terrain.
Also about the end product, it was a typo. It was meant to say W,A,S, and D to move! SORRY I FIXED IT!

REALLY, make something other than a maze game! I work with flash like a year and i didn't submit anything cause im still not good enough to make something people really like! I once submitted something (very long ago) and it got blammed. It deserved so.
If i ever submit something, it would be no maze game, pick the apples or FIRST FLASH GAME! it would be something awesome, cause i worked very hard on it.
I wouldn't even make a trailer, just bamm! and a cool flash.
Well, good luck, but don't expect you'll get high rates with maze games, pick the apples or a stickfight beta the trailer demo edition of the trailer of stickfight + maze game while picking apples with point and click demo.

Not what i expected...

I thought it will make words like - brambletree or cheesebitter but not random letters and digits. and you cannot even select the password to copy and paste it.
This is not really something new or interesting, i can just randomly type 10 characters and then i got the same as waiting for the 3,4 mb to load, click on begin and generate generate generate.

[Platformer Tutorial]

Im very new to making games with flash...

How do you get the animations "jump" "run" and "standing" in just 3 frames, makes 1 frame each? do you have to make 3 different movieclips? and then you have to draw ground, in each frame (for the mc's) one? or only the first frame?
i'll just make my character un animated till i get answers.

You create an empty movieclip (CONTROL+ F8) And animate inside that. Then you make them 3, put them inside another movieclip and put the actions on that. The ground is a completely different movieclip. If this still doesn't help, just PM me.
