1. It's angry fiac.
2. That's the worst ms paint smiley i've ever seen.

How did you even think to post this in the art portal?
It needs a background, shading, that stuff.
It's only a freaking smiley that my 9 year old sister can make 3 times as good as this.

To be honest..

Not good. Needs depth, shading, a background instead of that white stuff..
Like the monocle though.

i like the simplicity, but yet it looks detailed.
it´s liek a pair of lines, but yet you see a bear with a banjo.
however i don´t like the XXX drink.
